Pet Food Curbside Pickup in Muncie, IN

Visited the store with my fur baby, Mustang Sally. Been having serious issues with getting her to eat for over two years. She will go days without eating and I have spent a fortune trying just about every brand and special order food there is. Jason helped me and based on his recommendations I am happy to say Sally has eaten every bit of her meals since then. Either Jason is a dog whisperer or the goat cheese is the best 21$ purchase I have ever made! My guess it’s a combination of both. Thank you! I will definitely be back for some more Red Barn!

This is the second year I've stopped by Roo's at the Indy Winter Classic Dog Show. Unfortunately I don't have a dog, but I go to Roo's for healthy, single-ingredient chews and treats for my cats. Yes, cats can like to chew too! My cats like dehydrated chicken/duck hearts, necks, and feet and salmon skins-all of which can be hard to find in most pet stores. I tried chicken heads this time for my cat that tends to be the most reliable chewer and it's going over well. I prefer Roo's dehydrated treats over raw or frozen because I have hardwood and carpeted flooring. Each cat likes different things so I'm happy that I can get something for everyone at Roo's.

This place is absolutely amazing! I honestly can't say enough good about them! Kenna waited on me, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions & told me to call if I have more. I look forward to going back again for fun instead of necessity! They truly, deeply care about your pets & it really shows more than any place I have ever been. I had been looking for help for my sick cat for 2 days & cant get him to a vet for a few days & Kenna was just the best! I was in emotional HAPPY tears when I left with a much better outlook for my sweet cat's prognoses. Thank you Roo's! Thank you Kenna... for giving us hope!

Amber and the crew at Roos are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got probiotics for my pup, who has been on and off antibiotics lately. Roos even gifted me with a big bag of goodies for my dog, as a new customer/pet adoption. Thanks to Amber and everyone for the treats. My dog loves the fish treats.

Yesterday two lovely ladies helped & answered questions , made suggestions about my new puppy that was not eating. Happily she is eating well now. They even set me up with a wonderful “new adoption” gift bag. It made me really appreciate costumer service and buying local. Highly recommend 🐶
